An iGaming company have a great job opportunity for a Fraud & Risk Analyst to join their team in Barcelona . They are an innovative sports betting and casino games company who are looking for an enthusiastic member to join their team!
Your key job responsibilities as the Fraud & Risk Analyst in Barcelona will include:
Performing risk checks on player profiles, withdrawals and due diligence documentation Ownership of analysing player accounts for multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundry, transactional fraud and other fraudulent behaviour via reports and thorough checks Processing customer withdrawals within stipulated SLA times, based on verification of due diligence documentation Contribute to enhancing the fraud tools, back office system and work procedures by coming up with ideas to improve the set-up Ownership of handling disputes and defending chargebacks with the payment providers Support a close and pro-active collaboration with the other operational departments Provide input to your direct manager for improvements in the Risk, Payments and Fraud operations and assist with various tasks and projects to this effect Involved in the definition, testing and assessment of improvements to existing policies and procedures Consistently meeting your quality and quantity KPIs Requirements for this Fraud & Risk Analyst job in Barcelona :
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fraud & Risk operations in the e-gaming vertical Relevant academic degree or qualification A top performer who is passionate about Fraud & Risk operations and with a can-do mentality to help continuously improve the customer experience Thorough understanding of balancing business requirements with reducing Fraud & Risk as part of delivering a frictionless user experience Reliable with great attention to detail Keen interest in e-gaming and willingness to learn and improve Highly motivated and a flexible attitude towards working hours Knowledge of the online gaming market, products and customers is a must Enhanced Excel and pivoting knowledge is a plus
