ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the FINANCE department and will have to support the team with the monthly/quarterly statutory reviews, reporting as per the local and Group’s requirements.

The role is responsible for the preparation of the accruals or necessary provisions, follow them up; supports the yearly external audit, liaising with the auditors among other tasks.

Reports to: Head of finance Spain

Geographic Scope: Spain

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

and makes amendments when needed, with the support of the Corporate Finance Manager and by checking with the fiscal consultants;

Supports the fiscal audit and liaises with the local authorities;

Provides information for the Company Income Tax calculation;

Submits the local annual financial statements and supports in preparing them;

Do you have an analytical thinking and a strong knowledge of Excel?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (Experience in a Big Four would be an advantage).

Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular of Excel and Power Point.

Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

Advanced knowledge of written and spoken Spanish.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

Oriented to work by objectives and achieve results.

Strong leadership skills and people capabilities.

Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment, plus managing multiple tasks in parallel.

Ability to manage time limits and deadlines.
