Keysight Technologies is looking for a Business Process Rep focused on Business Intelligence, reporting to me and based in Barcelona office. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, he/she will collaborate with many other departments, mainly Sales Operations and Programs Team.

In this role the person will be accountable for:

Supporting EMEAI Operations with Business Fundamentals, Report Production Control and development.

Working closely with Operations Mgrs to gather process data and translate into measurable elements

Analyze business process requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives and projects

Developing and managing BI Solutions

Creating and maintain technical and BI related business process documentation

Job Qualifications

Natural logical intelligence, critical and inferential thinking.

Analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven judgment in balancing several dimensions, evaluating and synthetizing information.

Ability to apply these skills in data management and interactive communication with Operations and Sales Mgmt.

Advanced Technology and Digital literacy level. Will be exposed to coding.

Fluent in English, verbal and written (C1 level minimum)

Solid handling of MS Office, specifically Excel

Highly valued

Experience in an international environment or fast-paced multinational company.

Holding a similar role in business / customer intelligence.

Having worked with tools like Salesforce, SAP, other ERP systems. SQL database skills are also valued
