As a Payroll & People Analytics Specialist you will be part of our growing HR team and responsible for managing Payroll/HR administration and the department's Data. If you have strong people and analytical skills and you are great with numbers you might be the fit for the position.
Responsibilities
Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.
Contract management – preparation of employment contracts. Help employees with inquiries about their payslips, contracts, absences, etc. Benefits administration: administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., corporate benefits, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.), connecting with benefit system providers; managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes. Flexible Retribution Administration. Support legal changes or company programs impacting payroll. Assist in tax calculations and filing activities as per legal regulations. Support the company's business decisions and development with recurring people analytics reports, custom analyses, and insights. Leads the forecasting and analysis of all people related metrics. Evaluate and analyze the results of the programs and services regularly and systematically; reporting these results to department leadership. Administration and updating of the internal HR system. Set workflows for integrations, data collection, ways of working, and admin. Internalize and execute payroll processes

A degree in Human Resources (Labour Relations) or a related field (Economics, Business Administration, etc.), and a minimum of 2 years in an HR Operations position (Payroll and Administration). Expert in use of Microsoft office suite (Excel) and HR/payroll systems. Team player who can work in a proactive and flexible way. An understanding of employment legislation and agreements. Solid experience working with data and analytics Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English). What we offer
