WHAT YOU WILL BEDOING
As a VP Structured Trade , you will be responsible structuring & execution ofStructured Trade (Structured PXF, Prepayments and Borrowing Bases), Tradefunding (PXF, Import and Export loans) transactions worldwide and developingexisting Santander´s Structured Trade and Trade Funding product offering.
We need someonelike you to help us in different fronts:
Business origination: Assist the different Santander geographies on the origination of Structured Trade and Trade Funding transactions, including assisting client meetings and preparing marketing material. Lead the structuring and execution of Structured Trade and Trade Funding transactions across all geographies, from agreeing indicative terms and preparing initial term sheet to full execution of the transaction. Manage the approval process of transactions with business and risk department. Implementation of new products and enhancement of existing ones in order to boost the origination of the product in Santander´s geographies Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCERequired
5 years of accreditedprofessional experience. Desired
Experience in StructuredTrade departments of an international financial institution. Experience in Structured Trade/CommodityFinance. International experience. EDUCATIONRequired
Economics, Finance,engineering or other related degrees. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGERequired
Knowledge of trade financeand legal documentation will be positively value IT Skills (Excel,PowerPoint). Languages: Spanish, English(Fluent). Desired
Knowledge of a thirdlanguage (especially Portuguese) will be positively valued .
