Your key job responsibilities as the Online Gaming Analytics Manager in Barcelona, Spain will include:
- Taking ownership of the KPI & Analytics strategies
- Developing the in-house business Intelligence tool
- Providing reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide Managers with insight to the marketing teams & senior management.
- Both in written text and verbal presentation
- Set and monitor KPI’s
- Work closely with the CRM strategy team to measure results from key projects and provide insight as required
- Mentor, develop and appraise your team of 3 staff using a clear set of responsibilities and KPIs
Requirements for this Online Gaming Analytics Manager job in Barcelona, Spain:
- Must have an EU work permit
- Online Gaming Experience (preferable but not essential)
- An awareness of how KPIs and a target oriented approach drive business performance
- Exposure to a large database and a front end reporting (BI) system
- Strong analytical experience with an ability to ‘mine’ data in search of more appropriate analysis and measurement
- A marketing acumen that allows you to relate ROI analysis to marketing strategy and execution
- An awareness of the correlation between customer segmentation & VIP strategy
- Staff management and mentoring experience
- Above average Excel competency
- Comfortable working with and presenting to the senior management team
