We are allowing all our employees enjoy the right tools to generate, develop and implement their ideas on the ground and cross-leveraging the work of our R&D Centers and innovation teams for boosting results.Our vision: to carry out new projects that contribute to the progress of society and respect for the environment in a sustainable, innovative and efficient manner.We are looking for an Open Innovation Specialist to play a key role in boosting all our Open Innovation initiatives, based on an agile, smart and scalable organizational and operational model, joining our Madrid office and helping us with the following mission:
Design support and execute open innovation frameworks for implementing partnership opportunities in our core business lines Execute existing innovation programs with startups and internal experts Analyze new program requirements in order to define the scope, develop value propositions and measure the success Act as a technology scout, identifying disruptive technologies and new business models to generate game-changing proof of concepts Assess and review of the startup ecosystem to identify and connect startups with great potential and strategic fit with the BU’s of ACCIONA Cultivate strong relationships and regular communication with startup and partner ecosystems Develop partnerships and win-win collaborations facilitating and ensuring the engagement with the startups and our technical experts Execute communications directly with all stakeholders involved in the projects Coordinate and ensure the implementation of innovation methodologies and analyze generated data from different sources to maximize results. Extend and boost our initiatives in our strategic markets across the world Support on project presentations Requisitos del candidato
Requirements Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Sciences. 3 years’ experience in innovation strategy or innovation consulting, accelerator or startup venture Previous experience in project management A deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in industrial environments Well connected within the startup ecosystem and early stage tech community Good knowledge in agile and open innovation methodologies, such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking Desire to transform our industries Strong analytical skills Brilliant networker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in high performing team management Passionate team player Proactive, creative and innovative Confident working in multidisciplinary environments Skilled in presentations Organization and decision making skills Excellent Spanish and advanced level of English
