About the role

Typeform is a versatile platform used by customers across many jobs ranging from market research and customer feedback to customer acquisition and even e-commerce checkout. Every month millions of people visit , opening up several opportunities to improve people trying out Typeform.

You will be joining a cross-functional team working on delivering customer growth. Your focus will be the top and mid part of the funnel, in other words, delivering value in every step of our traffic to sign-up journeys.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Understanding customer pain points and needs when visiting the website
  • Developing, prioritizing, and executing on a product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and other relevant teams
  • Designing a framework for meaningful experiments to improve sign-up conversions
  • Delivering a superb user-experience in our website (fast, clear, relevant and meaningful)
  • Defining key metrics and dashboard as well as communicating progress and wins across team
  • Owning our CMS to empower teams to publish content across the site
  • Here's what we´re looking for:

    What are the must-haves for this role in terms of job experience?

  • 5-7 years as a Product Manager (preferably in front-end and in Agile environments)
  • 1-2 years of user interaction design - either working with a UX team or defining the user experience yourself assuming that you have the appropriate background.
  • 5+ years of proven ability to take data-driven decisions
  • 1-2 years of proven collaboration with Paid Marketing and SEO
  • What are the must-haves for this role in terms of qualifications and education?

  • BS/BA required
  • A good understanding of product analytics and experiment design, with expertise in data-tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, etc.
  • Use data and user research hypotheses to drive product changes
  • Understand how HTML and CSS work and how Javascript is used

  • What are the must-haves for this role in terms of soft skills?
