Role and Purpose:
Builds the optimal Product technical training and professional model Defines the best strategy for Professional route to market for key brands across Self Care, Skin Health & Essential Health to drive HCP recommendation. Develops, leads, and ensures execution of professional business plans. Supports the brand teams on professional marketing activities (resources, budget, implementation plans, business insights). Devises and manages Professional BME for responsible brands. Responsible on HCC processes related with trainings and professional contacts and activities. Key Accountabilities:
Build and ensure implementation of the professional strategy including route to market
Uses market data and Professional marketing guidelines to build an omni-channel professional strategy including prioritization of HCP targets and brands, and optimal route to market. Builds a 3-year business case and secures internal alignment and funding with the support from Cluster Professional team. Champions digital as a key touchpoint for HCPs and drives omni-channel agenda. Partners with cluster marketing team and other local markets in SEF to drive synergies, scale best practices and optimize plans. Lead development of professional marketing strategy and execution
Develops innovative professional marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through professional detailing team and brand team. Sets local professional marketing plans in line with cluster professional strategy, brand strategy and company priorities. Collaborates with brand teams to provide 360 holistic brand marketing mix. Optimizes professional BME spend across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication (congresses, seminars, advisory board, CRM etc). Builds strong partnership with Regional / Local Medical Affairs team in order to leverage clinical studies and scientific information. Builds strong partnership with the cluster professional team and other local professional teams in SEF. Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity. Compliance: Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance with Regulatory Authority and corporate requirements and HCC requirements. To establish and build on relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) both within and outside the company.
Builds strong network with key opinion leaders, associations, and societies and monitors industry developments impacting business. Works with these KOLs for speaker programs, digital content, PR activities, and advisory boards. Professional Marketing Intelligence
Identification of potential changes in market trends which impact J&J Support brand teams with market research activities involving HCPs Qualifications Education:
Degree in Pharmacy or other medical sciences, or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets and/or business administration is desirable. Experience:
10 years mix of Consumer, Pharma and/or OTC experience Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG Experience in medical detailing / professional communication Digital experience in developing and implementing campaigns Agency management experience Languages:
Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish (other languages a plus) Other Job Specific Skills:
Standard computer skills such as Must be familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc. Project management tools is a plus Market data providers such as HMR, IQVIA and Nielsen Key Competencies or Skills
