We are looking for an School Admissions Officer to enhance and promote a brand new international school in Barcelona.

 

As a member of the Admissions Team, the Admissions Officer will have strong focus and commercial drive to deliver the customer journey to prospective families and support the whole team with achieving assigned objectives.

 

You will develop the following tasks among others:

 

-        To process applications and follow-up conversations with prospective families.

-        To carry out networking activities to boost the achievement of new registrations.

-        To undertake assessment of qualifications and facilitate students’ selection to the Head of Departments.

Requisitos

  • University Degree is desirable.
  • Relevant working experience of 3 years, preferably in Admissions Departments or related areas and in an educational environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Catalan or any other language fluently spoken is a plus, especially Russian or Chinese).
  • Experience using Ms Office, Data bases and CRM platforms. Experience in using Ms Dynamics, SIMS, Portal or any other software related to record students’ data is desirable.
  • The position requires an individual with strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
