We are looking for Onsite Support Specialist in the following location: Barcelona

Responsibilities:

On Site Services provides support to End Users and resolves Incidents and IT Service Requests, when remote support capabilities reach their limits and resolution requires on site action (on site presence or dispatch to the End User’s Service Desk). Onsite Services tracks related Incidents and Service Requests in the relevant ticketing tool. On Site Services includes the following components:

• Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, and De-installations (IMACD)

• Hardware and Software Break-Fix

• Smart Hands; Logistics, Stock Management

• Executive/VIP services (optional)

• Replacement Device and SWAP

• Tech Bar Service (Optional)

• On Site client rollout (project)

Requirements:

• IT professional education

• Spanish native and fluency in English (catalan desirable)

• At least 2 Years of experience on a similar position

• Several years relevant professional experience in administration

• Participation in projects

• Microsoft Desktop Certifications for workplace (desirable)

• Itil foundations v3 certification (desirable)

• Ability to take on-call duties
