HP is seeking talent to join the Molded Fiber team to disrupt the traditional labor-intensive Molded Fiber market. The 3D Printing Molded Fiber Sales Support Strategist is critical in the new Molded Fiber business model. He/she will work hand by hand with the Customer Experience Lead on the E2E Sales Operations across the eBusiness, Quote to Cash process. There will be 3 Main areas of work: Operations: Follow day to day operations, ensuring they flow smoothly. Project management: Help implementing new capabilities that will enable scalability and maximum customer experience. Business Analytics: develop KPIs relevant for the business.
He/She will work with Sales, Business unit, Supply Chain, Services, Designers, Finance, Legal, C&C, among others to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experience.
We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate with strong customer mindset and problem-solving skills.
Act as a SPOC (Single point of contact) in all quote to cash tools and processes for the 3D Molded Fiber Sales/Category teams. Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes
Ensure adherence to HP policies and compliance
Responsible for the back-end processes and help building relevant data reports & Business Reports preparations. Support on Business scalability
Sales Operations (80%)
Monitor Molded Fiber Operations from Lead to Cash and post-sales process: customer setup, product/pricing issues, quoting, order, delivery, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Handle all Molded Fiber Support Customer Requests
Anticipates potential issues and applies corrective actions
Facilitate Credit & Collection and customer net terms account approvals
Coordinate directly with end customers all deposit and payment requirements. Receive order from customer / validate order à coordination with SC team for order entry. Answer customer request (e.g. order status, delivery status, etc.) -> coordination with SC team for exceptional requests
Ensure opportunities are updated in CRM with the corresponding sales stage information
Facilitate disputes, settlements
Credit and Rebill. Revenue Recognition: escalate non-standard deals to Finance for GRRO involvement. Aftermarket Direct (HP fulfilled) E2E quote to cash processes
Project Management (10%)
Support Customer Experience Lead on: Analysis of current operations and bring new ideas to improve processes, Business Expansion and Trading Structure topics
Develop KPIs relevant for the business, customers (10%)
Develop KPIs (transforming customer data into insights valuable for HP
Support Inside Sales team on reporting related to lead and lag metrics, including # orders, Funnel/pipeline health among others
Support Marketing, Factory and Business Unit on: Supply related KPIs, business capacity & utilization, Quality/Cost/Delivery metrics among others.
Recent Bachelor's graduate in Engineering or Business Administration degree
Work experience in multicultural environment and operations will be a value added.
Strong Operational skills: Able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills: across different levels and different functions, negotiation and influencing skills.
Analytical skills. Able to synthesize complex data into relevant business insights.
Excellent team player. Customer centricity mentality. Proactivity and problem solver
Good level of Excel, Smartsheet and similar data modelling tools.
