Lo que vas a hacer

The Four Seasons Outlet seeks to hire the service of a trained receptionist, male or female, who will receive our guests at the hotel, make reservations for them and attend to their other needs that are essential for their comfort during their stay at the hotel.

HOMEWORK

Receive guests at the hotel by warmly greeting them and answering their queries, and also respond to people who request it by phone.
Inform guests of hotel accommodation services and rates, make reservations for guests according to their needs, and also ensure that all canceled reservations are made immediately to avoid confusion.
Establish good relationships and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they may have in a very courteous manner to protect the hotel's image.
Keep clear and complete records of room reservations and all invoices for your responsibility and future reference.
Maintain order at the front desk by organizing documents accordingly and keeping the reception area clean at all times to avoid clutter.
Pay attention to all room reservation routes, such as online, over the phone and in person, to ensure that reservations are not left hanging, but are taken care of immediately to keep the hotel business running.
Report maintenance issues and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for prompt repair to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT

Show excellent knowledge of customer service.
Good interpersonal skills.
It must be neat.
Ability to do many things at once.
Good crisis management skills.
