WHAT DO WE DO ON THE ELEVENPATHS CRO SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM?

 

Under the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), Sales Operations supports, enables and drives the CyberCo salesteams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently, therefore ensuring commercial objectives achievement by i) designing processes and tools to support the commercial activity; ii) aligning global and local teams around sales and revenue targets, both at an annual and a monthly basis, and down to individual acount performance; iii) doing the follow up of opportunities from its very inception until the deal is closed; iv) measuring customer satisfaction and leading the action plans to improve / boost it; v) creating & producing reports relating to global sales pipeline, activity and performance, helping the company business leaders make complex decisions; vi) defining and measuring the personnel payplan.

 

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES?

 

In your day to day it will be usual to face tasks of the following type:

 

  • Ensure proper use of commercial activity tools and information management to provide sensitive reporting to key business leaders.
  • Support all Sales Teams with reports and dashboards for commercial tracking: Top deals/ Qualified Funnel / Quota achievement /...
  • Define new functionality requirements, supervise proper use of the tool and data quality
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders to ensure an aligned and mutually beneficial working relationship. Interact at all levels from and between director to account manager, presales engineers and CX team.

 

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE...

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analiysis
  • Salesforce knowledge, familiarity with your use and ability to create dashboards and reports
  • Experience in the commercial area of a multinational company
  • Languages:
    • Fluent Spanish
    • English High level, both written and spoken
