The candidate will join a the PIB Industrial Services organization in EMEA and will work with PageWide Industrial presses (HP PageWide C500 Press). Our organization goal is our customers the best in class support that will allow them to develop new business opportunities and new competitive advantages with this single-pass, digital post-print solution for mainstream production.
The person will be responsible to deliver a wide range of technical services to customers: from troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair interventions at customer site, to trainings, upgrades and other customized solutions.
The position will require to
- Technical knowledge on mechanics or electronics to understand our product system operation and how to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Capability to work and understand specific customer printing workflow
- Capability to collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
- Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation.
- Good communication skills to allow proper relation with customers
- People with interest and willingness to travel along the whole EMEA in a regular manner
- Ability to understand complex issues at a technical and business level, driving successful results taking e2e accountability
- Ability to support onsite, across the EMEA region on Complex cases, taking e2e accountability to drive a timely resolution
- Management skills, People or Programs
- Ability to find, understand and present analytical data on your subject matter, using available tools such as Qlikview, Excel and PowerPoint at a Country or EMEA wide level
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Represent HP technical position in front of customers.
- Travel to other locations from 50 to 75%Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in mechanics or electronic science or related area of study
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Interest and willingness to develop solutions that enhance the customer experience..
- Interest and willingness to work in a multi technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause.
- Ability to demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, an industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus area.
