The position belongs to the Corporate Solutions Business Unit in TIWS, with the responsibility to grow revenues in a profitable way, providing international and global services to end customers, directly or through other Telefonica's OBs.
The main objective of the sales activation manager is to promote the increase in sales and revenues of TIWS Services through the Telefónica eurpean operating business (Spain, UK and Germany).
Will identify growth opportunities with Telefonica EMEA customers for TIWS international services.
Will manage the commercial relationship with Telefonica OBs in EMEA concerning International services, supporting the OBs to develop new business.
Activate sales through Telefónica european OBs and generate more business, with knowledge of the European and LATAM markets.
Influence the C-Level of Telefónica in EMEA to promote projects in the TIWS International Services area.
Coordinate the relationship with Telefónica sales units, with participation in its commercial committees.
Responsible for the generation of funnel, sales and revenue of TIWS with Telefónica Spain, UK and Germany.
Commercial support (accompanying Telefonica account managers in their meetings with end customers).
Identify possible gaps in TIWS capabilities and support TIWS internal areas to fulfil those gaps.
Relate with TIWS partners and suppliers that are involved in activities with Telefónica european OBs.
Provide internal feedback to TIWS on the market and Telefónica OBs customer needs.
Nature of challenges
International environment. Work under pressure. Capacity for impact and influence at all levels of the euroean Telefónica OBs organization and its different areas (commercial, pre-sales, marketing, operations, etc). Develop a level of confidence to sell TIWS capabilities to the OB commercial areas.
Engineering or Business degree + MBA
+10 years of experience in sales management or business development of digital and IT international services, with different levels of interlocutors in different organizations.
Work experience at any of the european Telefónica OBs will be highly valued.
Experience with TIWS International Services.
High level of organization, motivation and independence.
Coordination of activities with local and central teams.
Highly commercial profile oriented to sales.
Relationship with C-Level.
Technical knowledge in international Network services, UCC, SDWAN, IoT and other services for TIWS corporations and carriers.
English & Spanish advanced.
