EMEA & APAC Account Manager reporting to the Head of the sales group for mobility services in EMEA & APAC. Responsible for exceeding the annual sales targets for messaging services with key focus in A2P and P2P. Geographical scope: EMEA APAC

 

 

PROFILE

4.- Preferably with commercial experience and extensive knowledge of the courier market

7.- Customer-oriented, capable of detecting customer expectations by providing the ideal solutions

8.- Creative, ingenious and innovative to find solutions to different customer scenarios

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.- Thoroughly understand the A2P and P2P market and its agents (Carriers, Aggregators, MNOs, MVNOs…) to detect or create new business opportunities

2.- Promote, through comprehensive interaction with the client, new business opportunities in other areas or services so that they can be developed by other account managers in other Sales areas

3.- Forge lasting and stable relationships with main players in the messaging ecosystem: messaging platforms, mobile operators, technology enablers,… with a partner mentality to ensure future opportunities in an ever-changing environment

4.- Manage the change with customers and partners towards next technologies such as RCS, Mobile Connect, ...

 

BASIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

1.- Global telecommunications market and proved relation with MNOs and MVNOs

2.- GSMA standardization and publications

3.- IT knowledge

 

 

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

1.- Mobile telephone networks (3G, 4G and 5G)

2.- Signalling protocols (SCCP, LTE,..)

3.- A2P and P2P protocols, RCS, Mobile Connect

 

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Commercial experience in similar position of more than 5 years

 

EDUCATION

Telecommunications Engineer, Electronic Engineer or similar

Computer engineer or any other degree in the field of computer science and security

Other university degrees
