IT Recruitment Traineeship (French / German) en Barcelona
We are looking for an IT Recruitment Trainee to join our team in Barcelona and help us with our European expansion. We are Fut-Ure Recruitment & Technology, an international headhunting company working with multinational enterprises and startups around Europe to provide them with the top candidates in the IT sector. We are looking for a young professional eager to work next to a team of Recruitment experts from whom you will learn new techniques and new organization setups in a growing, young, and evolving startup.
25 - 40 horas por semana

Lo que vas a hacer
- Sourcing and hunting of candidates using the company's network (IT, Technical Sales & Engineering Recruitment)
- Development of new sourcing channels
- Advertisement of vacancies
- Qualification and interview of candidates
- Sending CVs to customers, developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Development of own candidates' network
- Follow-up with candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of the IT, Tech Sales & Engineering

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Advanced French/German or other EU language.
- You have a big interest in Recruitment, Headhunting and IT.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- You are a self-starter, ambitious, and passionate young professional
- You are graduating (Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology) and ready to start your career.
- Internship/Job experience will be a nice plus.
- Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos
