Sales Representative

Furthermore, we focus on personal contact with our customers, although we have 33 local distributors.

Lo que vas a hacer

Your main tasks would be:

  • Looking for new customers and project in Spain
  • Improvement technically and economically washing processes at the customer
  • Conducting business negotiations
  • Preparation of business offers
  • Project management in all phases - planning, testing, implementation, monitoring and reporting, handover and evaluation
  • Preparation of project schedules and budgets, including updates
  • Regular reporting on the status of running projects
  • Regular reporting to the customer on the status of the project
  • Cooperation with the sales department in the Czech Republic 
  • Learn and understand customer needs in order to achieve ‘success’ for the customer
  • Introducing innovative changes
  • Flourish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the clients
  • Participation in exhibitions and meetings with customers

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to negotiate and liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Ability to present to staff at all levels  
  • Must be willing to become an expert in the cleaning solutions  
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English and Spanish language 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines  
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues
  • Residence in the region of Catalonia  
  • Able to travel the whole Spain - 50% of travel time by customer, occasionally for group events primarily in Czech Republic 
  • Enjoys working with diverse groups of people in a multi-cultural environment  
  • Energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic personality
