The ElevenPaths Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a unit devoted to build, deploy and operate in-house software products. Our mission is to create value for the company by means of building our own technology.


We are part of the whole construction process, from the inception to the release of the product. The approach we follow testing at ElevenPaths is nothing about manual testing but automating testing. We write software intended to test the software of our products.


We are looking for a Quality Engineer passionate about new technologies, with strong knowledge of testing and testability to help and influence better software design, promote proper engineering practice, bug prevention strategies, testability, accessibility, privacy, and other advanced quality concepts across products.

In your day to day it will be usual to face tasks of the following type:


  • Build and maintain an Automation Framework to aid Continuous Integration/Delivery with a multi-environment approach.
  • Work efficiently inside a cross-functional teams providing support to other activities if needed (DevOps, Dev, etc)
  • Understand and challenge gaps in product requirements,
  • Design test strategy and plans and implement different sets to of tests (mainly integration and end-to-end).
  • Guide the team in the quality arena and review tests and code at different product layers.
  • Build the product expertise needed to help debug production issues and integrate the testing framework with monitoring infrastructures.




    • 5 years of related experience in software or quality engineering roles as QA or related activities.
    • Proficient in one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, C#
    • Experience with Continuous Integrations techniques and tools
    • Well versed with client side and/or server side technologies
    • Experience identifying and defining test scenarios according to product journeys or its architecture
    • Experience on developing and maintaining test frameworks allowing cross platform testing (Web, Mobile or API)


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
    • Experience in Mobile/ Web development
    • Experience with Appium (mobile automation), Selenium (Web automation) and BDD development tools like lettuce, behave or cucumber
    • Experience in Back End automation/development (APIs, Database, etc) and testing
    • Experience with Agile Development Practices
    • Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment and utilizing virtual machines or containers
  • Languages:
    • English: Medium - High level, both written and spoken
    • Spanish: High level, both written and spoken
