Graduate Digital Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager and eCommerce professional you will be a key member of HP’s exclusive Graduate Community of Practice. You will continuously explore and push the boundaries of eCommerce to help HP lead into future. You will have a chance to be part of HP’s Digital Transformation through your Sales team as well as through exposure to the Omnichannel landscape within HP across Europe.

This role will see you participate in a critical HP relationship with one the most significant Ecommerce businesses on the planet, you will have an active role in driving HP strategy and business growth. As well learning from some of the leading industry experts in regard to Ecommerce and your contribution and insight will be a fundamental expectation of the role.

Within the Community of Practice, you will be part of a cohort of future leaders that will gain executive exposure, improve your soft and hard selling skills, and develop an international network of colleagues and mentors.

The Role:  

  • Primary (Tier 1) Account Management of direct relationship with key target accounts delivering significant quotas.
  • Establish strong relationships through strategic business planning to achieve strong trusted advisor relationship
  • Full accountability of cost, revenues and ROI for all relevant PLs and Accounts.
  • Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Implement marketing and category programs in appropriate fashion to meet local market or account requirements resulting in effective promotional activities
  • Push beyond what’s expected.
  • Eagerness to learn and be a change agent
  • work and communicate efficiently with other internal organizations: credit & collection, order processing, logistics, legal, extended sales force, category & marketing & trade marketing
  • Linkage with EMEA functions in case assigned accounts are part of the multinational consumer GTM organization.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent, obtained in the last 12 months in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Sales or similar
  • Fluency in English + native fluency in Spanish
  • Passion about technology and innovation
  • Self-motivation, confidence and fast learning skills
  • Creativity, proactiveness and strong inter-personal abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
