H&M Group Customer Service Finnish Agent – Barcelona

 

Full Time: Permanent contract, 40h/week contract.

 

Salary: 21.100€ gross per year. An extra paid of 10’67€ gross per hour on Sundays and bank holidays worked.

 

Location: Barcelona city centre (close to Diagonal metro station). You must be available to work both remotely as well as have the ability to commute and work from the Barcelona office when, and if required.

We are present in all online markets, where we serve both online and store contacts from all brands within the H&M group. Today we have around 3500 employees and work at 16 locations all over the world.

Operational hours:

 

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm, Weekend 9am – 6pm.

As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.

We are complying with advice from the government to ensure we can continue working within safe social distancing guidelines. This means that applicants must have these capabilities to work from home if needed:

  

A practical work environment including a comfortable and safe space to work with minimal noise disruption

  • A Windows PC with Windows 10 or Apple Mac with Mac OS 10.13 or higher, 4 GB RAM.
  • A Mobile Phone with Spanish SIM card. 
  • 200kb home internet. 
  • Microphone is mandatory incorporated in the PC, laptop u other.

Start date: Monday 2nd of November.
