DESCRIPCIÓN

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Demand Generation team (DG) focuses on customers and prospects of all types throughout EMEA. AWS is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Program Manager to play a critical role on success of the DG team by enabling the team to successfully launch customer focused sales campaigns for current and potential AWS customers.

The DG Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Prospecting programs and campaigns for our Demand Generation Team in the UK, in alignment with field sales, marketing and business development. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing and field sales, specifically the Start-up segment, as well as operational processes around campaign execution and measurement. The role will also include implementing processes and interfacing with internal stakeholders and external organizations as needed. Thus requires excellent program management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving with strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance for projects. You must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work where you have delivered campaigns with high impact. You will develop a deep expertise in AWS’s services, policies and processes and be capable of both efficient and accurate campaign execution. The ability to identifying opportunities to improve our workflows and implement best practices is highly desired.

As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Managing the creation and execution of Demand Generation prospecting programs and campaigns in the UK and in the Start-up segment. This will be in collaboration with the internal marketing, operations, sales, business development and service teams.
· Align and collaborate with stakeholder teams to create and prioritize a prospecting calendar as well as optimize existing content and assets
· Troubleshooting any issues surfaced during campaign lifecycle
· Ongoing campaign reporting and participation in weekly/monthly business reviews
· Leading process improvement projects to increase campaign efficacy and team productivity
· Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule.
· Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders.

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS


· Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
· High proficiency writing skills in particular, email, web, social, and campaign proposals.
· Ability to understand the buyer's and seller’s journeys and inventory, map, create, re-purpose content -strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
· Experience with CRM systems; specifically Salesforce.com, Tableau and Marketo.
· Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
· Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
