Description
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of our coliving building in Barcelona;
- Lead the support of our users, from their entry to their exit;
- Schedule, supervise, and provide assistance to contractors guaranteeing the safety and quality of the work carried out;
- Prioritize and manage requests and keep tickets updated;
- Streamline local operations and establish new processes;
- Support Business Development Team by driving the expansion of our property portfolio;
- Prepare reports and analysis of internal and external data;
- Full responsibility for the start-up and launch of new properties;
The Operations Intern reports directly to Habyt's Country Manager in Spain.

- Ideally you have experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in Excel and have experience preparing budgets
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
- You pay attention to detail and thrive in accomplishing specific tasks
- International experience through work and study abroad
- You are passionate about real estate, shared housing and the Habyt mission
- You are comfortable in a fast growing start-up environment
- You are an entrepreneur, capable of working without established protocols.
