EMEA - Programmatic Senior Manager en Sant Cugat del Vallès

The HP in-house media team (Ziji by HP) is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, and Social platforms. Ziji is expanding to Europe in 2020, and HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this new team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency. 

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee a group of 5- 6 DSP Traders, focused on HPs key markets and business Units.
• Responsibility to help build a brand-new team inside the largest producer of printers and PCs in the world.
• Translation of media brief into tactical plans maintaining alignment with media strategy and non-programmatic channels while making sure to drive the business forward through innovation.
• Setting up of Private Marketplaces and help the Programmatic lead with selecting large partnership deals.
• Navigation of consumer and commercial datasets from the DMP and other sources and their application.
• Co-develop innovative strategies within HP’s Search and social practice leads, along with traditional media agencies.
• Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes  

Requirements:

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment
• Promotion from a hands on keyboard trading role recently, to oversee a team of traders.
• Working knowledge of DV360, Amobee, Oath, Amazon, and other key DSPs
• Working knowledge of verification partners such as Integral, Double Verify, and Moat
• Deep understanding of Inventory landscape, with proven track record of deal creation.  
• Certification or platform level training in DV360 or other DSPS
• Strong working knowledge of digital advertising workflow, measurement, optimization, and testing methods.   
• Previous experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects of scale (With preferred experience in B2B advertising)
• Bachelor's degree
