The main responsabilities are Support EU Performance Team on Maintenance, CIP & Energies categories on Protein project to achieve the expected savings:
1. Buy better: identify per category better alternatives to current supplier. Support in the strategy, implementation and test tracking in the pilots factories.
2. Spend better: basic systems implementation in the factories. Standards creation, activity indicators and cost data consolidation.
3. Support EU factories KPI & KAI consolidation tool implementation and trouble shooting to have a monthly reporting.
4. Make weekly report summary from this consolidation tool
