What are we looking for?

For us, an Senior Operational Risk Analyst is someone who:

Knows about: 

Risks analysis and testing&monitoring methodologies 
Monitoring the design and effectiveness of controls 
Identifying and assesing risks 
Anti-Fraud, IT, Security and Processing risks
Data analysis to be predictive in identifying risks and defining and implementing controls.
Professional English and Spanish proficiency

Is an ace in:

Analytical and negotiating capabilities
Presentation, facilitation and reporting skills
Teamwork

Has worked in:

Non-financial risk related (ORM, IRM, Anti-Fraud,…) and/or business process at least 5 years, preferably in Banking / Financial sector.
