We are looking for our Head of AI/ML for EMEA South areas (Israel, Italy, Spain, Portugal) to lead a team of experienced Machine Learning Sales Specialists and Go-to-Market / Business Development managers.

Your responsibilities will include managing and developing the team, identifying market opportunities, building sales initiatives, and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. Ultimate goal being to help customers to turn their ideas and growth potential into reality using AI/ML.


The ideal candidate will possess a management, business and sales background, and a good understanding of the AI/ML concepts. He/she should have a track-record of driving strategic initiative, building new teams of talents, influencing product strategies, working cross-organizationally to build consensus while driving change, and being customer-obsessed.

This role is covering EMEA South countries, and can be based in any of the following locations: Madrid/ES, Milan/IT, or Tel Aviv/IL.

· 5+ years people management experience
· 5+ years in selling Cloud-based technologies to customers
· 5+ years sales experience working with Fortune 500 companies
· 3+ years business development and/or entrepreneurial experiences
· 3+ years working domain experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or related technologies (e.g. Analytics)
· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English

· AI/ML certificates or diploma
· Master degree or MBA
· Additional languages especially Hebrew, Italian, or Spanish
