Are you looking to transform the way we engage our customers into reading? Do you love books and have a passion for technology? Are you interested in working with Tech teams, UXR, Machine Learning and innovative marketing to engage customers? We are looking for a smart, analytical, excited and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our global Settling into Reading initiative across both formats (print and digital). This opportunity can be based in London, Madrid or Luxembourg.

In this highly visible role, you will lead this global project working with our MAD based tech team to deliver and expand upon our current roadmap and vision, as well as with other business and tech teams across both the books and broader Amazon organization in Europe, USA and WW to define innovative new ways to attract new customers and engage them into reading. You will be expected to enhance customers experience across all channels and reading devices.

The ideal candidate will have high degrees of customer obsession, strong ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, experience working with tech teams, and a demonstrated ability to build scalable processes. They combines superb product thinking, marketing, data analytics, communication and technical skills, to define the optimal customer experience.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
· Work with our tech and marketing teams to manage and launch customer focused products and initiatives that will engage our customers into buying and reading books
· Collaborate with our UX Researcher focused on new customer insights to identify new opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear role model in offering an end-to-end reading experience
· Write product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams.
· Coordinate multinational and cross functional team to launch and track product launches
· Track, dive deep, and communicate business metrics to senior stakeholders
· Understanding of customer lifecycle, marketing and experience working with tech teams is required
· Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and implementation is a plus

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

· Successful experiences in product management, preferably in delivering products/service
· Experience working in a global environment; international work experience is a plus
· Proven track record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Must have strong bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Design, UXR, Program Management and Senior Leadership
· Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

· MBA from a recognized university preferred
· Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees
