EU Kaizen Program Leader en Madrid

The EU AMZL ACES team is looking for an EU Kaizen Program Leader that will create and lead our strategic continuous improvement program.

This new team will create a Continuous Improvement roadmap, including a problem solve methodology package that is trained and followed by all operators across EU AMZL to use in their everyday role. The Kaizen program managers will also lead and facilitate Kaizen events whilst teaching future Kaizen SMEs.

In this role, you will lead the program team, setting the direction for how the lean manufacturing principals will be implemented, creating a long-term program for all Europe.

This role can be based in any of the corporate offices in London, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan, Paris or Madrid.

· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven experience in Operations and or process engineering/continuous improvement role.
· Experience on Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
· Excellent program management skills.
· Experience on lean manufacturing tools (i.e. value stream mapping, Kaizen, Spaghetti Diagram, TOC, A3, TPM, root cause problem solving) to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement
· Experience on leading teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Up to 50% travel
. Master Black Belt certification.

· Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role.
· Experience on creating a long term program for different countries on the CI philosophy
· Knowledge of at least one other EU language (French, German, Italian or Spanish advantageous)
