AREA:
The area is reponsible for multiple displines within Vendor Management. The main responsability of the candidate is to guarantee the quality excellence to be delivered by our vendors as well as the leadership and representation of Vendor Management Directory in the transversal projects manage by the unit.
MISSION
• To establish a healthy relation with our vendors in order to optimize our competitiveness and quality
• To deliver excellent vendor performance as per agreed SLAs
• To automatize our interaction with our vendors
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To regularly monitor and review Vendor Quality SLAs
• Supervision of incident and delivery ticketing KPIs
• To establish Service Improvement Plan under structural service degradation of providers
• To collaborate with operational teams to improve vendor quality
• Leading transversal projects impacting Vendor Management & Global Offices
• Acting as Single Point of Contact for transversal projects between Vendor Management and other areas of TIWS
• To develop and tranform the operational interactions with providers towards a new digital way
• To explore optimization mechanishs to enhance the solutions provided by the providers towards better quality and cost
• Guarantee vendor operational data quality data in system
