Amazon Web Services ("AWS") enables customers of all sizes to run their applications on Amazon’s industry-leading cloud computing infrastructure. AWS is growing very rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform.

AWS has a strong culture of data-driven decision-making; requiring timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that delivers significant business value.

As AWS continues to grow the demand for Training & Certification (T&C) continues to expand. The key role of this team is to work alongside AWS sales to ensure customers get the very best of their AWS services. The Manager of this team will recruit, build and develop the team of iBDM’s.

T&C engage with customers through both direct and indirect (partner) engagement. This new team will ensure that customers are trained on all AWS technologies through whatever means the customer prefers. The iBDM will work with customers to understand training needs and design cost effective training solutions and plans. The manager of the iBDM team must be able to work with other sales and services teams within AWS. The iBDM’s are expected to align with all AWS teams to significantly add to the value of all AWS services offered to customers. The manager of this team will work with all AWS teams to facilitate this alignment.

The iBDM Manager will be a member of the EMEA T&C leadership and will be expected to ensure that the iBDM team is “in-sync” with the core EMEA T&C BDM team (Field Sales) and is also working with the other Geos to share best practices

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS


· Degree level qualification
· Must be fluent in spoken and written English
· At least 3+ years of inside sales experience
· At least 5+ years of tech services sales management experience
· Experience of working with and through other internal sales organisations
· Experience in positioning and selling to new customers and new market segments
· Experience in managing lead development activities
· A history in successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets



REQUISITOS DESEADOS


· Experience selling technical training services
· Familiar with Amazon Web Services and/or Cloud Computing concepts
· Experience of managing through more than one layer of management
