The Customer Experience Process Coordinator ensures that all process activities are being performed and executed adequately. This role is strongly involved in organization Governance Model execution & improvement where data analysis with strong orientation to change are the key attributes of the skillset required.
Responsibilities:
- Organizes and drives Customer Experience Governance Model
- Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and function
- Conducts research and data analysis for assigned projects and processes
- Responsible for analysis and troubleshooting
- Responsible for process improvement projects
- Support in the coordination of the teams involved in the demo process and IT platform deployment for the different markets and in the global demo program so that they can work with coherence and aligned
- Maximize the broadcasting of relevant planning and strategy information among HP’s corresponding teams
- Understand the business and the sales process to detect improvement areas and funnel them to the right interlocutor
- Establishment and definition of action items for improvement/requirements/needs, with subsequent tracking and follow-up
- Government systems set up, SharePoint workflow establishment and tables edition
- Creation of internal presentations using PowerPoint slides
Education and Experience Required:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Typically 0-2 years of related experience in IT/business operations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good use of Microsoft and Office skills, SharePoint and Visual Basic knowledge will be considered a plus
- Good communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation).
- Mastery in English
- Good knowledge of process area.
- Analytical and decisive with strong problem-solving skills
