An exciting, high profile opportunity to lead Amazon’s After Market Services efforts. Come join us in building the next generation of products and processes for Reverse Logistic and to reduce Amazon’s impact on the environment!

Amazon is Earth’s most customer-centric company: join us and have your chance to make history; we are currently looking for a highly committed, entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead our Returns and Recovery efforts in the Spanish market. The position can be based either in our corporate offices in Madrid or in Amazon’s EU Headquarters in Luxembourg City.

EU After Market Services’ (AMS) mission is to reduce returns by helping customers keep what they bought and by removing defects in our returns processes. The Senior Program Manager for After Market Services will be an integral part of the EU AMS team and will hold P&L responsibility for Returns and Recoveries in Spain.


He/she will play a key role to deliver optimal customer returns experience for Spanish customers and will manage overall performance of Customer Returns/ Reverse Logistics, Asset Recovery, Refurbishment & Repair, and Amazon Warehouse store (where Amazon customers get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products). He/she will partner with a large number of stakeholders, such as Worldwide tech teams, EU Reverse Logistics Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Retail Category teams, driving scalable and innovative solutions to improve the customer experience while minimizing costs and increase efficiencies.

Successful candidates will leverage their ability to deliver results under ambiguity and to drive programs with multi-functional teams. He/she will have a sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and an ability to solve complex problems through the design of simple solutions. He/she will demonstrate a passion for the customer and for continuous improvement of business processes.

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative areas and degrees
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply chain and/or business management and/or management consulting and/or operational excellence roles
- Demonstrated ability to partner with multiple teams and lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional projects
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience in driving operational excellence and performance improvement programs
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Enjoys working in international cross-functional team
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

- MBA or equivalent degree
· After Market Services/Reverse Logistics experience
· SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
