Senior Technical Program Manager - Business Prime en Madrid

In this role, you will collaborate with many groups across the entire business to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Successful candidates are leaders with a technical background who are detail driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You should not only be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar required.
4+ years of experience managing software and/or hardware development projects with aggressive schedules.
· Experience building and leading teams.
· Strong technical skills
· Excellent communications skills in English (Spanish not required)

· Demonstrable experience developing and implementing process improvements.
· Proven experience leading cross-team programs and ability to set and hold teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
· Agile project management experience.
