Unique opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Madrid for at least 4 months!! As a vital part of our recruitment sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and attracting the best talent for one of our Madrid offices!

This role is an ideal stepping-stone for professionals willing to join a fast-growing organization :) You'll have training and development to plan and progress your career in the direction you choose!

What to expect;

  • Conduct database searches, social network searches, market mapping, business research as required, to identify candidates to discuss open opportunities.
  • Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Review applications and conduct phone-interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Update the applicant tracking database with information from the applicant's CV or resume.
  • Advise applicants of the interviewing process and next steps, as required. Liaise with the recruiters to ensure candidates are interviewed as agreed upon. Assist with interview scheduling.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships, as required, with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations as a source to generate additional potential applicants. Attend job fairs.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, put data into the system and maintain data on recruiting activities as required.

Skills & Other requirements;

  • Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment role.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English language (another EU language would be a plus)
  • Understanding of current recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Comfortable talking with a wide range of people both on the telephone and face to face.
  • Able to build effective relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team, and demonstrating a flexible 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to work tenaciously to achieve high quality results within tight time frames.
  • Strong multi-tasker, able to prioritize and manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
