What are we looking for?
As a member of the Own Media team within the Marketing department you will be part of a team of outstanding professionals, working together to build and develop state of the art digital capabilities to help users to find and choose the right financial product for them. You will have the opportunity to go beyond your boundaries working side by side with people from different fields in an agile and dynamic environment.
For us, a CRO and web management expert is someone who:
Web management and optimization, having the ownership of the digital assets of the assigned business line in behalf of your squad.
Leads the CRO field, evolving it and making ING the role model on the field. You can identify the levers to optimize different marketing channels, like the public web, email, etc to improve conversion and achieve the assigned goals.
You have business vision and you are a goal-oriented person. Team player able to spread knowledge and influence people around you. You will work together with Customer Journey Experts, designers, UX, external providers, etc.
Responsible of approving all the content pushed to production for your specific business area.
Occasionally you will do content management through our CMS. Academic background preferably - but not necessarily - in Engineering, Marketing, Business administration, Maths, etc. Fluent in English.

Translate complex data in simple messages to share with non-experts in the field. Digital analytics tools, testing and personalization and DMP, like Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager), Hotjar, Glassbox, etc
Has worked in: e-commerce, pure digital players, digital business of retail companies like travel, insurance & telco industries.
