We are seeking for someone with excellent German language skills who will function as an Inside Technical Presales Consultant, supporting different channel partners in European Time Zone markets.

The Inside Technical Consultant position is an entry-level presales consultant role for our Print business. It is a central role providing technical presales support on the full portfolio of HP Imaging and Printing Products and Solutions i.e. secure printing solutions, fleet management tools, device management, single and multi-function printers, and document scanning.

In this role the candidate will receive continuous face-to-face, hands-on and computer-based training on technologies, HP’s products, solution and services in the country and abroad and will develop skills and competencies on many extra IT Fields to further develop their experience.

The candidate has a genuine passion for technology and must speak English + German fluently.

The candidate will mainly be responsible for supporting the HP Printing Products and Solutions to different channel partners in European Time Zone markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa), to maintain the internal lab, running different demos for our solutions and occasionally to present and support local events for our customers and partners.

• Understand the nature and the details of the questions being asked by channel partners, HP channel salesperson, or country TC.
• Provide the best quality answers, innovative solutions in a timely fashion that the business requires.
• Present the benefits of HP’s Printing products and software solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations, direction and guidance on Print Systems solutions.
• As a trusted adviser, suggest the best solutions to partners.
• Help sales representatives to respond to partners’ requests.
• Maintain and upgrade the existing solutions in the internal lab and install new solutions when are available.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Recent Graduate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field.
• Native, Excellent or Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Native, Excellent or Advanced written and verbal communication skills in German is a MUST
• Has good organizational and team skills.
• Communicate openly and effectively.
• Develop and build relationships with HP channel partners.

• 0- 2 years of experience working with IT technologies
• Current experience and knowledge of Information Technologies, security, hardware, operating systems

• Ability to search out knowledge and self-train
