As our Services Supply Chain Project Manager you will be part of the EMEA Services Supply Chain Operations, as part of the Global Customer Support Organization. We have the mission to keep customers loyal to HP  by providing the best service customer experience, ensuring customer’s products are repaired timely, with the highest quality,  and at the lowest cost, either through our service and repair factories, or by delivering spare parts to a wide network of on-site technicians, channel partners and customers across EMEA.

Your mission will be to lead innovative and transformational projects which may span across logistics and warehousing network, service partners landscape, demand/supply planning improvements, or end-to-end service delivery experience. Projects may touch any or all of our business and segments (Consumer and Commercial, PC and Print). You will work with regional and global teams, and eventually external partners, in a highly multicultural and multi-country environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  •  6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • PMP Certified will be a plus.
  • Knowledge / Experience in technologies applied to  Supply Chain will be a plus (Blockchain, Learning Machine, Big Data, etc..)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
