We are looking to hire a Recruiting leader to own the local delivery and hiring strategy for our Central Eastern Europe region and EMEA High Volume Hiring across 14 countries. This role supports Customer Trust and Partner Support, Retail Business Services, Alexa Shopping, Localisation and Employee Services,
We believe the key to a successful hiring strategy is a combination of local and centralized pipelines of talent delivering hires to meet the needs of our customers. In addition to delivery, at Amazon, Talent Acquisition plays an integral role shaping the workforce that enables Amazon to invent on behalf of our customers. Amazon Recruiting Leaders drive strategic initiatives to scale and evolve recruiting.

In this role, you will leverage deep industry knowledge and expertise to provide consultative recommendations and influence to your client teams. You’ll partner closely with both Business and HR Leaders to tailor staffing models to compliment and help drive long term objectives/goals.

This position can be based in Prague, Barcelona or Cork where we have larger teams in place.
Responsibilities
· Leading the recruiting team to deliver customer hiring needs leveraging local hiring channels, global best practice and emerging technologies.
· In partnership with HR, Customers and Finance, develop a workforce plan and a sustainable model to meet yearly hiring business demand across 14 countries
· Influence Amazon recruiting teams to adopt best practices while tailoring global initiatives to local markets.
· Analyze current gaps/roadblocks in hiring and implement changes where required.
· Dive deep into data and metrics to analyze, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize recruiting strategy to deliver results.
· Build the next generation of Consumer Recruiting leadership by investing in on-going skill and leadership development of the team

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

· 15+ years of Recruiting experience
· 5+ years leading or managing recruiting teams
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
· Experience building and coaching a multisite recruiting strategy
· Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and reporting options
· Experience building and executing an “at scale” recruiting strategy

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in an international environment.
· Experience partnering with the finance team around headcount planning.
· Understanding of Recruiter Capacity planning methodologies
