At Allianz, we are looking for a Senior Angular Developer in order to join our newly established Branch, based in Barcelona centre.

Allianz Technology is the internal IT provider of the Allianz Group. Our eCommerce department, with headquarters in France (Paris), provides end-to-end eCommerce solutions for our internal business organisation Allianz Partners.

We provide solutions for direct sales (B2C) and integrated solutions for partners (B2B2C) as well agency solutions (B2B) all over the world.

Within the eCommerce delivery team, based in Barcelona but working closely to our offices in France, this is an exciting job opportunity to contribute in the shaping of the eCommerce platform and work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on best practices. The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve Angular.js applications
• Migrate HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular.js applications to Angular.js.
• Turn requirements into working, tested software respecting best code practices, including code reviews.
• Maintain software development environment including deployment jobs.
• Ensure technical consistency of new developments with the current eCommerce platform and with architectural/production guidelines.
• Ensure compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g. security, service definitions).
• Support architecture and production teams to organize, document and oversee development processes, tools and technical choices.
• Projects and business team : support the functional / technical communication between team to ensure project quality  
• Help define, execute and oversee tests, support development teams during project delivery phase.

• Our schedule is from Monday to Thursday from 8-10h to 17-18h and on Fridays from 8-10h to 14-16h. Moreover, from June 25 ^th till September 15^th we have Friday’s reduced schedule.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics or similar qualifications.
• Full proficiency in English (min. 780-TOEIC/ B2-CEFR), French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel a little: It’s required to spend at least 1 week every quarter in business trips to Paris.
• Minimum of 4-years’ experience as a software developer.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience coding in Angular.js.
• Experience with Angular 2+ will be a plus as we intend to migrate in the future.
