ABOUT US We are a fast-growing international education organization that offers study abroad programs for individuals and universities from all over the world. We currently have an opening to join our team as Operations Coordinator in Barcelona, Spain. ABOUT THE PROGRAMS The programs offered vary from short-term faculty led study abroad programs (of less than a week) to full semester-long programs (of up to four months). The participants of our programs are students in executive programs, MBAs and undergraduate students. Programs are thematic and range from topics on business, engineering or culture. Programs generally incorporate cultural activities and language classes to familiarize participants with both the cultural and linguistic aspects of the city.
Lo que vas a hacer
Organize and oversee programs logistics and activities in accordance with the goals of the university and the direction of the Operations Manager.
Coordinate all pre-program services through local providers and contacts, including but not limited to program activities, transfers, academic classes, company and organization visits, and housing.
Create and edit program documents, including orientation presentations, program evaluations and surveys, pre-arrival materials, and program itineraries.
Assist with actions plans and budgets for program.
Recruit and train program coordinators prior to program arrival on all aspects of program specifics to ensure organized and quality program experiences.

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos
- Previous experience managing teams and projects.
- Minimum of three years' experience in event management or tourism operations.
- High level of familiarity with Barcelona (preferably has lived in Barcelona for minimum 3 years).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and multiple tasks in a limited period of time.
- High level of Spanish / Catalonian general knowledge: Culture, politics, economics, etc.
- Capability to coordinate cross-project activities simultaneously.
