What are we looking for?

Credit Risk Tools Department is compounded by a team of specialists in charge of managing ING’s retail portfolio risk during the whole credit cycle with a clear data-driven perspective, and In addition to implementing, testing and goes alive all the policy changes in the credit risk tools. The collaboration with numerous departments of the bank and the current range of products and projects–particularly on the innovation and regulation side- allow for a challenging, varied and multi-disciplinary work environment.
For us, a Credit Risk Tools Analyst is someone who:
Knows about: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Statistics, Math or Engineering. Proficient knowledge of Excel, SAS and SQL. Other programming languages such as JAVA or experience in FICO solutions (OMDM, Blaze) would be welcome. Good knowledge of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Is a master of: Strong analytical skills.
Is an ace in: Team player who ensures a continuous knowledge sharing.
Has worked in: (> 3 years) in Credit Risk or Data Analytics, from banking or consultancy

whose day at ING looks very much like this:

7.00 - 10.00 h / Arrives at the office (Flexible start time) 
At 10.00 h / Daily planning and others
At 11.00 h / Analyzes and develops planned policy changes in the Credit risk tools
At 13.00 h / Takes a break and goes down to the canteen.
At 14.00 h / Working meeting with Business, IT or other stakeholders 
At 16.00 h / Monitors that last changes implemented perform well.
16.00 - 19.00 h (Flexible end time). Goes to the paddle tennis court for a game.
Win or lose, a shower and off to home.
