Contracting Assistant
I’m an online travel booking specialist offering regular & low-cost flights, completed with almost 500,000 hotels.Since I started I’m providing innovative services,betting on price transparency and I have been awarded with 4 prizes including the great Tech5 Europe(because I‘m worth it). I am also an exclusive partner of Veepee and I consider other amazing references such as Accor Group and Paris Airports.In order to cope with huge growth expectations and an international expansion,my founders opened nice offices in the heart of Barcelona and our multicultural team is enjoying a great work environment where everyone is encouraged to be creative, productive and grow as an individual and within a team. Lo que vas a hacer
Your missions, should you choose to accept it, will be:
CONTRACTING
- Create, send and ensure follow up of all contracts with providers.
- Price checking of offers to ensure the quality and the optimum level of discount.
- Verify if the offer description is respected at all stages of the production process, from contract signature to publication.
- Gather multimedia content to provide the Production team with necessary information.
- Deal with allotment/allocation requests and ensuring the maximum allocation is maintained during the sales period.
INTERNAL COORDINATION
- Provide our Production and Operation teams the correct information at the right time
- Identify key obstacle and be creative in proposing solutions
- Stay tuned with competition landscape within the market place
- Report to the Senior Contracting Manager on a regular basis as requested

- you will be in charge of fast-tracking our development assisting the Hotels Contracting Team in their negotiation with suppliers, in order to contract the best products. You will also ensure a perfect liaison with our Production Team.
