What are we looking for?

We are looking for a person highly motivated and innovative to join our Marketing Center of Expertise.
A team of more than 50 passionate people working hand by hand to build a trustworthy brand.
With a strong desire to understand customer needs. Focus on testing in order to reach our targets in the more efficient way. With an eye on data & analytics to get learnings and make our communication best in class.

For us, a Branded Content & Social Media Specialist is someone who:

Knows about: 

Digital marketing and communication. 
Branded content strategies. 
Social media and digital channels. 
Agile way of working. 

Is an ace in:

Develop and implement “out of the box” branded content strategies aligned with the brand positioning.
Manage social media channels to grow our followers, reach and engagement.
Turn “banking” content into relevant, educational and inspiring content.
Identify market and trends opportunities.
Define and tracking the organic communications schedule, and collaborate in paid social strategy.
Manage the budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting.
Define KPI´s and analyzed results to extract learnings and insights.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Work closely with other marketing teams as well as the rest of bank areas to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way.
Head of Spanish content strategy in ING workshops.
Work with external partners (creative and content agencies, production partners…).

Has worked in:

Digital marketing and communication.
Creation, development and execution of branded content campaigns.
Managing multiple social media platforms and growing social media audiences.

Whose day at ING looks very much like this:

  7.00-10.00 h / Arrives at the office (Flexible start time) 
      At 10.00 h / Daily planning (15 min)
      At 11.00 h / Meeting with the product tribe (business stake holders) to understand their needs and include them within the social media strategy.      
      At 12.00 h / Meeting with the agency to define the contents for the next month.
      At 13.00 h / Takes a break and goes down to the canteen.
      At 14.00 h / Meeting with the Expert Unit: Brand and Marcomms team.
      At 16.00 h / Monitoring on air content to define with media team the paid strategy.
16.00-19.00 h / (Flexible end time). Goes to the paddle tennis court for a game.
                             Win or lose, a shower and off to home.
