Program Manager en Madrid

Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment team (also known as 'dropship') is looking for a Program Manager to lead engagement with strategic DF vendors in Italy and Spain and own programs supporting performance metrics and transportation strategy. As a Program Manager, you will be a key contributor to the future technology roadmap and long term vision of Direct Fulfillment within Amazon’s Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team. In this role you will…
· Work with vendors to drive the DF program adoption.
· Liaise with and own retail relationships and priorities for DF.
· Use data to identify and resolve issues through and anecdotal input from vendors and stakeholders.
· Communicating (writing and speaking) with executive audiences to provide program updates.
· Drive Ops and Business initiatives and projects..

This role might be for you if…
· You interface with hundreds of vendors to drive performance improvement for on-time shipping.
· You deep dive and investigate complex problems and work through solutions.
· You create pivot tables, v-lookups and h-lookups using MS Excel to analyze and report complex data sets to drive optimal business decisions.
· You own continuous improvement efforts using your project management skills and knowledge of product and software development life cycle.

· Must speak and write fluent English, Spanish and preferably Italian
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Business or related fields
· Are willing to travel up to 25%

· Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Business or related fields
· 3+ years of experience working in retail procurement or vendor management
