Cold-Call Sourcing Specialist en Barcelona

Amazon is currently looking for a highly motivated cold-call specialists to join the Transportation Sourcing team.


Your responsibilities:
o sourcing potential carriers in order to increase our partners portfolio through cold-calls, email and any other available source of communication
o communicating potential supplier and sharing information about cooperation with Amazon
o instructing carrier about Amazon’s requirements towards carrier
o introducing and inviting carrier to the platform with Amazon loads
o looking for out of box ideas of sourcing perfect supplier


To be successful in this role, you need a passion for making data driven decisions which will have direct impact on customer experience. Some keys to your success are the ability to be an effective communicator to various audiences. The ability to remain flexible and adapt to learning new tools and systems is instrumental in your role. Our environment is deadline driven, fast paced, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting and working with multiple teams (business and technical).

o Fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent Customer Service skills and working experience
