Amazon Business has been a market disruptor in the global B2B space. We've not only achieved record growth rates over the last years (http://www.amazonbusinessblog.com/blog/2018/09/amazon-business-connects-millions-of-business-customers-and-sellers-worldwide.html) but also changed how business operate their procurement. We're literally transforming the market!

We're looking for a strong Program Manager that can help us develop one of the most successful program of the Amazon Business portfolio: Guided Buying. The role, based in Madrid, will be responsible of defining the product roadmap, long term strategy and vision.

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business, drive efficiencies, optimizations and influence decision-making.

In this role, the Program manager will work with business and operations team, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity.


This position also manages the planning, tracking and execution of the team’s goals, including coordination of the execution of projects with other team, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various improvements in Business to increase its effectiveness in driving results.


The successful candidate must have very strong analytical skills. Knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage. He/she will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. He/she will be experienced at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them. He/she will have superb communication and stakeholder-relationship skills, outstanding analytic insight, and be a passionate advocate of the GB team to other stakeholders. He/she will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.








REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning / messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
· 5+ years of experience in delivering complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced work environment, in product, marketing, and/or business development
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
· Experience managing stakeholder relationships cross-functionally and cross-geographically
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated leadership with a bias towards action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

· MBA from a top business school
· Experience in e-commerce product management
