Analytical Marketing Manager en Madrid

Amazon’s European Fashion team is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager, with strong customer obsession. You will work in a team supporting the Fashion Category teams across Europe, including Apparel, Shoes & Bags, Watches and Jewelry, with the opportunity to lead EU level initiatives. This role can be based out of any of our EU main offices in London, Munich, Paris, Milan or Madrid.


Key responsibilities may be able to flex somewhat to the candidate's interest. Potential topics include:
· Leading on a particular marketing channel and how we optimise our customer acquisition and conversion.
· Leading, optimizing and delivering key Amazon Fashion marketing campaigns onsite.
· Leading and optimising a particular traffic channel of Amazon EU Fashion

· Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years experience in marketing filed or related.
· Fluency in Spanish and English
· Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, and communication skills.
· Experienced a managing stakeholders in complex projects and environments.
· A creative and analytical mind that thrives in a data-driven environment.
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.
· Strong drive for results and ability to take calculate risks.
· Conversant in data modelling. Passionate about data, able to extract data with SQL and present it in compelling reports
