This role requires business, technical understanding and analytical skills. This person will lead training programs Worldwide to successful introduce and position 3D Jet Fusion platforms in the prototyping and production market. Working closely with factories managers and R&D to make sure the technical knowledge fits channel partner´s requirements to increase 3d printing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement benchmark learning program for HP Worldwide Channels to ensure quality and consistency across planning, execution, and operational processes. Drive continuous learning and improvement to deliver scale and efficiency.
• As a key member of 3D Worldwide benchmark team, ensure the communication among Sales, application engineers, marketing to factory is effective and fluid.
• Identify the key initiatives that will help the 3D factories become worldwide level excellence center.
• Be a trusted partner to our R&D Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams, connecting the dots, and enabling faster decision making and execution.
• Make data-driven recommendations for planning production forecast.
• Coordinating programs for new and existing initiatives, developing proof of concept cases for new projects.

Qualifications/requirements

• Engineering / technical Degree, business management Master will be a plus.
• Excellent program management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
• Flexible, able to work with a wide variety of personalities.
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and outsourcing.
• Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Fluent in English

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Using appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions.
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of material properties and hardware, software, and electrical component design.

• Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
